Counts are actively managed funds that filed both months. A new position had no disclosed shares in the fund's previous filing and a positive holding in the latest; a full exit is the reverse. A stock needs at least 3 such funds and at least one position at 0.5% of the fund's portfolio or more. Stocks are ordered by the number of positions of that size, then by all positions, so a cluster of dust-sized lines never leads. The median is shown when three or more positions report a weight.

Each fund's signal is the stock page's own Institutional Conviction grade for that fund, on the same window: a transition counts only when the stock was disclosed on both sides and the share quantity moved at least 0.5% of the existing holding; missing months and corporate actions without a usable ratio break the sequence. Graded funds are actively managed funds current at the window end with enough comparable transitions; “(9 of 11)” means a fund moved in that direction in 9 of its 11 comparable transitions. A stock is listed when at least 5 graded funds lean one way and outnumber the other side by more than 15%, with at least 15 graded funds. Stocks are ordered by the lower bound of a 95% Wilson interval on the share of graded funds on that side, then by strong signals. No score is assigned.

Holder counts are actively managed fund portfolios, each counted once however many plans it has, among funds that filed at both ends of the range, so the net change is exactly new holders less exits. A fund that did not file at one end is left out rather than read as an entry or exit. Ordered by net holder change; a stock needs a change of at least 3 and at least 5 holders at one end. These are the counts in the Institutional Positioning section of each stock page for the same range.
Where mutual-fund stock ownership activity is concentrated by sector.
Counts stocks, not funds or money: each stock is classified by its latest disclosure, more actively managed funds adding than cutting or the reverse, with the rule used above. Balanced and mostly unchanged stocks count towards the total only. A stock needs 15 comparable funds and a sector 5 classified stocks. This is not sector allocation: it says how many companies in a sector saw broad buying or selling, not how much money moved. Select a sector to list its stocks.
Every tracked stock by what mutual funds are doing with it. Latest counts are the stock page's actively managed comparison.

Latest counts are actively managed funds that filed both months, each portfolio counted once; “incl. index” is every tracked fund holding the stock, as in the stock page's hero. Filters use the section thresholds: broad accumulation or reduction needs 15 comparable funds and 5 on the leading side; new interest and exits need 3 funds and one position of notable size; persistent accumulation or reduction needs 5 graded funds leaning that way. Ownership breadth is the net change in active holders over the breadth window; persistent funds are counted over the conviction window. A dash means the stock has no comparable data for that measure. Rankings are measures of fund behaviour, not of quality.
Latest disclosed mutual-fund position changes across tracked stocks.
Each stock is counted once, by breadth, not by shares. Actively managed funds that filed both July 2026 and August 2026 are compared. A fund is adding if its disclosed share count rose (or it opened a position) and cutting if it fell (or it exited), adjusted for splits and bonuses; moves below the materiality floor count as unchanged. A stock is “more adding” when funds adding outnumber funds cutting by more than 15% and fewer than 80% of comparable funds were unchanged, the same rule as each stock page's headline. 62 stocks were balanced and 39 mostly unchanged. 581 stocks have fewer than 15 comparable funds and are not classified, though their entries and exits are counted. Index, ETF and arbitrage funds are left out; funds yet to file the latest month are left out, never counted as unchanged.

The large figure is the number of actively managed funds that added to (increased or opened) or cut (reduced or exited) their disclosed position, out of all comparable funds: funds that filed both months and held the stock in at least one, including those unchanged. Stocks are ordered by the lower bound of a 95% Wilson interval on that share, so a share measured on many funds outranks the same share on a handful and 3 of 3 never beats 20 of 22. A stock needs at least 15 comparable funds, at least 5 on the ranked side, and more funds on that side than the other by the stock page's 15% margin. Share counts are never compared across companies. The counts match the actively managed line on each stock page.

Actively managed funds that filed both months. A stock is listed when at least 5 funds added and at least 5 cut, the smaller side is at least 50% of the larger, and at least 15 funds are comparable. Stocks are ordered by how many moves are met by an opposing move (twice the smaller side) as a share of comparable funds, on the lower bound of a 95% Wilson interval. One-sided stocks do not appear here, however active.
